Sustainability

We like to describe ourselves as small but mighty – and we believe that applies to our potential impact on the environment as well as our industry power. That’s why we’re committed to operating in a sustainable way. Here’s a bit more about how we do that.

Remote working

With a team approaching the 500-strong mark, having everyone commute to a central office would have a huge impact on the environment. That’s why all our team work remotely, minimising commutes, supporting local economies and making for a better work-life balance all round.

The same is true for meetings – wherever possible, we meet our clients remotely and all our internal meetings are conducted via Zoom.

Carbon offsetting

On the rare occasion that one of our team does need to travel to work on location, we ensure that we choose the most carbon-efficient transport, and we offset the addition to our carbon footprint via the United Nations Carbon Offset Platform.

DigiTal Carbon Footprint

Working with large files impacts our digital carbon footprint in terms of both storage and transferral. Where possible, we compress file sizes – and ask our clients to do the same.
